I feel like home when going to Cambridge Hyundai I have been a customer with this dealership since 2010 and purchased 3 cars myself also brought friends to buy theirs. The main reason for me to stay with this dealership is Ryan and the great team around him. Almost every single time I have been there service team took care of me like their own. I have had very few unpleasant experiences too but Ryan has always taken care of the issues and made sure that is vanished of my memory but again they were only once or twice that can happen every where no matter how caring you are, and majority of my visits were meeting or exceeding my expectations. Few weeks ago I went there for a brake light failure and once I talked to Mike he stepped in himself and changed the bulb charging me only $3.5 with no labor or keeping me in line waiting. Today I got a flat tire. I had put the spare on myself and had the flat in the trunk. When I arrived it was 4:40 pm and they close at 5 pm on Wednesdays. Chris approached me and asked for the reason and after I told him the story he said give me a minute and came back with one their service men. He checked the tire and fixed it in less than 10 minutes and I was shocked when they shook hand without charging me a dime! I was ready to leave the tire in there and come back the next day but Chris and Ryan did what they might have done for their own family members. All I can say is a big thank you to them all. More

Bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle that was had space, but still had the feel of a compact car. I have been in love with hatchback My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle that was had space, but still had the feel of a compact car. I have been in love with hatchbacks for a while now and originally had my heart set on the Ford Focus, but due to my husband's height, he was unable to fit comfortably into it. I started researching and realized there was a hatch of the Elantra which I never noticed before. I knew that I wanted a vehicle in white so we found out the sedan and hatch at the Cambridge dealership were able for purchase. We made an appointment through this website, which was simple, and later in the week met with Jerry Santos. He was wonderful and was quick to show us both vehicles and allow us to test drive them. We decided very fast that we wanted the hatchback and made all the necessary arrangements to purchase. Everything was seamless. We went back at the end of the week, Jerry had the car completely cleaned and ready to go! We could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received at the dealership.
