It began one evening as I browed their inventory on the Internet. A pop-up enquired if I needed any help. I told the young woman (Carly?) what I was looking for and we had a nice chat. Later that evening, I got an email from sales manager Todd Silver who said he was calling from home and hoped he could be of service if I visited the dealership. The next day, I received another email, this one from salesman Andy Leandres introducing himself and offering his assistance. I asked for technical details on the 2017 Tucson and a four-page email soon arrived. A couple of days later, I was impressed with Todd and Andy's friendly welcome and Andy's desire for a mutually satisfactory deal. The vehicle's price was highly competitive and I received an offer for my trade-in that exceeded those made at two other dealerships selling similar but different brands. In all, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from that first Internet chat to our forming a friendship with Andy, and then finalizing the deal with the charming Paul Walia. As we drove away in a spotless, loaded SUV, we asked ourselves: who knew -- buying a car actually can be enjoyable! More

My sales person Jon was amazing he went over the various models of SUV they had, making sure I was within my budget while getting value for my money. Kylee took care of the financial aspect of things she sat down with us and made sure my selection was affordable she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rates possible. At the end of our purchase the manager came out and thanked us for our business. I am very big on customer service therefore it's a great feeling to know that our business is appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

All the other dealers were pleasant, but there was something very different with this dealership than any other I've been to ... and I've been to many.From the first phone call to the final handshake, the experience was really great. I wanted to buy a used 2017 Tucson that I found on their website, so went in a few weeks ago to test drive. Amber Rose was our salesperson. She provided excellent service, super knowledgeable and incredibly honest (as honest as a car salesperson can be!) She was happy to negotiate on pricing and ensured that all the fixes we wanted on our purchase was done to our satisfaction. Its a small lot, but the sales team were all super friendly, without being overly saccharine or insincere, you can tell that they all appreciate their jobs and enjoy working there. the atmosphere was like a family. Paul Walia took care of all the paper work and was incredibly thorough. What I appreciated the most was when I was waiting for Paul to finish with his previous client, I needed to find some dinner for my son., the gave me a loaner to go get some food down the street. What I also appreciated was how the management came out to introduce themselves and shake my hand. Its a personal touch that is missing from many other dealerships. Finally, really truly appreciated the bottle of wine and personal note in our car wishing us all the best and happy memory making with our new car!
