Painless, almost pleasant service visit. Had to come in from out of town, only 5 days after a regular service appointment, for an additional problem that developed.. This required my car to Had to come in from out of town, only 5 days after a regular service appointment, for an additional problem that developed.. This required my car to be towed in after a weekend of no wheels.. Although Chris in the Service department advised me at the time of regular service that a necessary warrenty repair was needed, a part had to be ordered. He had warned that there was a slight chance the problem would worsen and it did, leading to the need for towing. Once contacted, Chris was very accomodating in getting me booked for the needed work and accessing the parts necessary The service went very smoothly and I was particularly impressed with Jim who was the Service Technician who did the repair on my vehicle. I got to see him in action and he was very efficient and competent. I also had the opportunity to ask a few questions and he gave answers that helped me understand what was happening. I found this very useful and satisfying. Overall, a relatively pleasant visit with no unexpected surprises. More
