She was so friendly, honest, and nothing ever felt like a sales pitch. It honestly felt like we were dealing with someone we had known for years! The experience got better once we sat with Mary, who made the financial side of the experience easy to understand, and never once did we feel any pressure. She had a great no-xx approach, which we very much so appreciated. Overall, there really wasn't a thing I could complain about, such a big purchase was made easy by the staff at this location. More
