Dear Sir/Madam The Sales Representative in this case was extremely professional and was quite caring during the entire process. No one "rushed" or "pushed" you into buying this vehicle. In fact, there was a plethora of dialogue via internet and in person. You did NOT buy the vehicle the first time in and each of our staff members were nothing but courteous. You changed your mind a minimum of 4 times during the process causing us to re-work all of the documents. We did so with pleasure, after all, you are our customer. To say the very least, not only was the staff courteous, they were more than patient as well with many of your demands You purchased a vehicle that has a clean history and free of accidents. It is quite possible that there were minor scratches on the vehicle (it is a 2015 model and previously owned) the Sales Representative offered you a touch up stick for future use in case of stone chips etc The day you came to pick up the vehicle, you weren't satisfied with the condition, you were pointing out swirl marks that were simply a part of the paint and time. You waited the additional time to pick up your car because you demanded we take it back and buff and polish the car to a state that would never be acceptable to you.. Almost 5 months later you have come back to the Dealership to point out a broken skid plate underneath the vehicle. With pleasure we took it in to our shop to look at it, we had the original technician who safetied your vehicle come and review it. The first thing he said was...."This vehicle has been painted"...With that, we noted that the vehicle had NO previous paint work and was accident free. The rad support has also been compromised, this was NOT like this when you picked up the vehicle. We discovered from you that YOU had the car painted (and it is of poor quality) This damage has been caused by you during this time and you are demanding we pay for it. As a result of us not willing to, you have threatened us with a bad review and have done so. The vehicle has lots of warranty, but we did NOT cause the damage and the fact you have had the car painted is attempting to cover up something. Our motto is clear and concise...Whatever It Takes...We will never compromise our integrity and we certainly wouldn't compromise the clients safety.

I am shocked that you felt our Dealership has somehow judged your integrity and or ability to pay for one of our products.
