Waiting on a response for a warranty issue on my cracked taillight lens. Last time I was in was 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back but I am still waiting. It has been over a month now since I raised the taillight lens. Last time I was in was 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back but I am still waiting. It has been over a month now since I raised the issue but only seem to get information if I visit the dealership and then it's,"we need more info or pictures",then it's wait but no one ever calls back. I think they are just stalling, may have to take the issue directly to Hyundai and work through an arbitrator. Not very Happy right now as this is a new vehicle with just 5000 km. More
Better timely communication, spend more time on what is covered in warranty rather then try to sell more warranty. Everything from the service department to the concierge driver were very respectful of my time and car. The driver was friendly and sweet. He was easy to chat to and very safe. The cost was a normal dealer driver were very respectful of my time and car. The driver was friendly and sweet. He was easy to chat to and very safe. The cost was a normal dealership cost but the parts are 100% Hyundai. More
