The overall experience we had at Cam Clark Ford in Red Deer was fantastic! The store was very bright and clean and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. It felt like we were VIPs from the onset. Management and staff were phenomenal and we will certainly be repeat customers. We have also told all our friends about the service and as for the product..well it speaks for itself. Many thanks to Adam and his staff for an unforgettable experience. It's like Covid never happened in that store as they never lost sight of their most valuable asset...their customers. Sales and service departments are great. But taking it in for maintenance I was under the impression the maintenance package I pay for was for the length of my financing only to find out it’ But taking it in for maintenance I was under the impression the maintenance package I pay for was for the length of my financing only to find out it’s not and it ends at a specific mileage of my vehicle. I don’t feel I even got my moneys worth out of a package I paid for with this vehicle. Very misleading More
