We got along well and he knew his product. The deal took a couple of days but after comparisons with other dealers we made a deal. The parts and body shop dept worked hard to get vehicle ready. Am most pleased with the whole transaction so much so that my spouse is also buying one from the same sales person. It did take a while to get all the parts in due to the mass amounts of others with There was a recall on my car so I had called in to have it booked. It did take a while to get all the parts in due to the mass amounts of others with same recall but once they came in I was able to get booked right away. I was told it is a half a day job but I dropped my car off at 7 am and I got the call that it was complete at 10am. I have never had an issue with the service. I will always bring my car back for any work that it may need. More

Another plus is that when the truck came out for delivery, it didn't look like a billboard and was not covered in stickers and websites, just a nice chrome plate in the front.
