An experience that's so good, you can't wait to come back to see if it was a fluke, or consistently this great. I received updates on the status of the work being done, was offered options for transportation while my vehicle was in for repair, and when it was all done, the work was perfect AND a pleasant surprise with the total on the bill. Positive experience Great positive experience. Started with my walking in and meeting Shaun a General Manager I believe who talked to me and made me feel comfortable u Great positive experience. Started with my walking in and meeting Shaun a General Manager I believe who talked to me and made me feel comfortable until he could find a sales person. He found me salesman Nevin Howse. We got along well and he knew his product. The deal took a couple of days but after comparisons with other dealers we made a deal. The parts and body shop dept worked hard to get vehicle ready. Am most pleased with the whole transaction so much so that my spouse is also buying one from the same sales person.
