Oil change Had an oil change on my 2016 F150. Check in was quick and vehicle went in on time. One of the girls working the desk checking me in was sick a Had an oil change on my 2016 F150. One of the girls working the desk checking me in was sick and was wiping her runny nose with her hand and then handling keys and using a pen she handed to the customer to sign papers. Very unsanitary. You are working with public be more sanitary. After paying for completed oil changed I asked where my vehicle was parked and was told it was right outside the door. It was not. Had to go looking for it I rows of other trucks in a slippery parking lot. This is isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen here, having to hunt god my vehicle. The technician should note on the work order where the vehicle is parked so the counter staff can inform the customer so they can find their vehicle without searching for it. More
