Great overall, but. So, I unfortunately did this deal over the phone and email. I don't really fault the guys at Cam Clark for this, however beware of this. I guess the best place to start is the overall trade in value of my truck. Beautiful, no damage and well taken care of. We talked about a number over the phone however the value they gave me was much much lower. I actually read the line value wrong, and I would not have agreed to it, but I caught my mistake to late. They got an awesome deal, and I did not. My bad for not reading well enough, but I was tired when I read the contract. I called Evan and told him that I was coming in and also inquired if there was indeed an appointment to get my new tires flipped out for my existing winters. He was surprised by this, even though the guys who I was dealing with prior ensured that this would be taken care of. To Evan's credit he made it happen. Evan did a fantastic job of running me through the truck and the new features, sign up for Fordpass and such. He was excellent. I had to wait for a little which wasn't a big deal for my tires to be flipped out, and that's where the issues began again. The service department informed the dealership that two of my tires were damaged, which is pretty odd seeing as Ford has done all of my servicing and tire rotation on every oil change and they did not report any damage! Which the last inspection done was right before I put my new winter tires on. Odd that they wouldn't have found the "unacceptable damage". They were insistent that I needed to replace four tires or else they could not accept the trade (keep in mind that the trade in value for my truck was terrible). At that point I told them to rip up the sales contract as that was not going to happen. They wanted to get me on 4 new tires even though I dropped around $89,000 on a new truck!!! To their credit they did relinquish and the deal went through. Evan, again worked to save the deal, without him this wouldn't have went through. I had to change the terms of my deal as I wanted disability insurance, it took forever for that to go through, but I don't blame the finance dept. on that. They worked hard for the deal to be changed and I appreciate that. I was ok with all of this, really because I walked out with a beautiful new truck. As the days have went on I am not so ok with this. I hope whoever decided to take one last stab at my money is happy with their swing and miss, because they have lost a customer over that. I will not be back the next time it is time to trade in my vehicle. I will never fall for a "trade in deal" again, and this experience has made me think that in a couple years I may see what Chevy has to offer. I gave the dealership a 4 star only because of the awesome work that Evan did. I feel that if I did not it would reflect poorly on him, and he doesn't deserve that. Truthfully I would rate this entire experience a minus 2 star with a warning to deal with caution if you are going here. More

Focus: Customer Service! Having been in retail sales and marketing for over 50 years I discovered that after the sweet taste of owning anything new, can quickly goes sour when Having been in retail sales and marketing for over 50 years I discovered that after the sweet taste of owning anything new, can quickly goes sour when you are faced with poor after sale acknowledgement, and service. So many businesses spend a lot of money training sales sales staff to be more knowledgeable and effective, but do not focus on "after sale" service and followup. When my wife purchased her new 2015 Ford Escape from your dealership her salesman, Clayton Masur, was very helpful with the selection of the right vehicle. Whenever we have gone in for servicing we have always been accommodated in an efficient manner. When there was a problem the dealership was proactive,(very important) and corrected it. We would, and have recommended Cam Clark Ford for your next car purchase. note:The key to selling, I have found, is more about listening and asking questions, than trying to impress with too much information. As a customer, being remembered is very important for a continuing relationship. (ask anyone that is married!!) More
