Every staff member was very kind a caring from the very beginning. We had bought a vehicle from a different dealership and five days in it wasn’t working. I accidentally booked my appointment on an incorr beginning. We had bought a vehicle from a different dealership and five days in it wasn’t working. I accidentally booked my appointment on an incorrect day then what I had originally wanted and they fit me in right away. They worked with the dealership from where we had purchased the vehicle to keep me informed and make sure that everything that needed to get fixed got fixed. I needed a rental car and so they provided one and in the meantime I was able to use the shuttle to get where I need to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back there for service, they sure made a terrible situation bearable. More

Garland is a good salesman, as he works hard to get you the best deal, on the other hand Cory works against you and tries to give you the least amount for your trade, so he can sell your trade for a huge the best deal, on the other hand Cory works against you and tries to give you the least amount for your trade, so he can sell your trade for a huge profit. No consideration for the customer if they are a senior living on a fixed income or are dealing with a family loss. Vehicle purchased had many rock chips in the front, but was dirty when inspected, also oil level was more than 1/2 a liter overfull, engine compartment was never washed , mud and dirt. I usually never buy a vehicle in Red Deer, and now I now why, as the dealers seem to not care about customers concerns, as they are there only to make money. I am not impressed with dealing with this dealer, More
