Then in our travels in the United States the DEF had to be repaired 3 times. Very little assistance to none from sales and management again. Vehicle was taken in for the "free" service last week. We asked for tires to be rotated and they were not rotated. Told it wasn't part of the free service. Would have been nice to receive a phone call stating this. We were willing to pay for the tire rotation. Needless to say tires are not rotated. More

Services charges are astronomical and inflated and outrages The service people are rude and condescending. No loaner vehicle to use while your vehicle is being repaired.
