Service less than average Winter tire installation scheduled. Arrived with vehicle on time (from Vancouver) and made the trip back to Vancouver by Seabus. Mid day informed th Winter tire installation scheduled. Arrived with vehicle on time (from Vancouver) and made the trip back to Vancouver by Seabus. Mid day informed they forgot/missed bringing winter tires out of storage. So a huge waste of time. Rescheduled the next week and promised to adjust bill for their mixup. What was a replacement of summer for winter tires on same rim.(typically $129.00 as confirmed by a call to Coastal Ford) I was told there would be an extra charge because of rim protectors. Cam Clark's generous offer to reduce the cost was to charge me $300.00 as a concession. IN REALITY Coastal Ford confirmed they normally do the tire change fo the same $129.00 including the rim protectors. Instead of getting a reduction due to the inconvenience of having to come back a 2nd time they instead charged an additional $181.00. Not what I consider fair and reasonable service!! More

Tire Changes Take Forever The only real complaint I have with the dealership is the time it takes to change your tires. Everyone is very pleasant but when you give them a deadline it is missed entirely and no one comes to see you even though they know you are in their waiting room. More
