The service department staff are extremely approachable, friendly and have done nothing more than exceed my expectations every time I have had my vehicle serviced there. Judy and Kevin have always managed to fit me in around my schedule without any fuss whatsoever. They are extremely polite, courteous and efficient and to date I could not fault their professionalism. I have put a lot of Kilometers on my vehicle in the last 3 years nearly 200,000 and not had a problem apart from a blown headlamp bulb and this was taken care off without any issues, so this shows the excellent service they provide to their customers as I have had no other issues with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this service team and have never given them anything less than 100% when I have received the survey emails. More
Terrible Service - after 4 visits they still couldn't fix My brand new Ford Escape which is still under full warranty began to have engine trouble. The car would rumble while idling, and rev high at inappropriate times. I took it to the dealership and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. After going back several times (the engine light kept coming back on as soon as I drove away), and the service department basically treating me like xxxx of the earth, I finally got my car back "fixed". They said there were little shards of metal in several parts of the engine, but they had no idea why. They cleaned it out of the parts they looked at. Now I have this very expensive car with very little information about what happened or why. I asked the dealership what I should do, and they said just got home and drive your car. I've been to this dealership many times over the years, and I dread going in. Unfortunately the only alternative is to drive an hour to Calgary, which is what I will be doing from now on. Good luck. No service - at least for 10 days I was on vacation and experienced serious engine noise. When they finally did check the engine they said it would take a week to get the parts and do the repair. I was stuck in Canmore for a week. No, even though they had the parts within 5 work days it took the 10 days to repair my vehicle! Their "customer" service approach was too bad for you but we will get to your vehicle when we have time. That I was a tourist in a tourist town was not important. Their service support is terrible. Worse, when I started my vehicle after they repaired it, I heard the same terrible engine noise! They said, "the noise will go away"! Do you want to do business with a dealership like this, I don't. More
