She and Judy at Service welcomed my serivce dog into the dealership and they literally "took care of me". They spoke to my husband, they found the perfect hotel for me to stay in and then the General Manager gave me and my dog a ride to the hotel. The part was ordered that day and fixed by noon the next day. My husband and I have been Ford owners for over 25 years and lived in almost every province .... this dealership and these people were AWESOME! There was some communication breakdown initially, in getting my history of the issue taken down, but that was due to another mechanic than Ashley. Then tech man Travis worked on my car with excellent skill and intuition. We talked at length over my issues with the car, and what work he carried it. I was thoroughly satisfied with Travis' explanation of the problem and the work he did. The car has been working well since then. I was in a jam on vacation and was indeed to a good repair job and they provided a great service. Make sure you have Travis working on your car! More

Fast, friendly service with a very reasonable price I had 2 appointments with them so far and all that I receive was a great service. They replaced a plug in my Lincoln and then a battery. They found me a new battery right away and did not charge for the labor, only for the battery itself. Keep doing the same way and you will be the best in the region!
