In January of 2014 I was involved in a collision that resulted in my Subaru forester being written off and thus began my search for a newer used vehicle. In 21/2 months of searching the private market and getting so frustrated with either missing a great deal by minutes cause I didn't have the luxury of taking time away from work or going to view a vehicle and having it turn out to be a not so great deal....over and over! I decided to try a dealership as my search was moving toward the Hyundai Tucson, so I called Calgary Hyundai to inquiry about a listed Tucson. Fuji was the person that I was put in contact with and right from the start came across as friendly and approachable. I set up a test drive for that afternoon and while there Fuji lined up a second Tucson that had just come in a day or two earlier for comparison. As it turned out I liked the second Tucson better than the first but was a bit worried about the listed price as it was out of my price range. Fuji and I talked and he went to bat for me! After a few calls back and forth he got the price point I could meet and the rest as they say is history. I love my new 2008 Tucson and so grateful to Fuji for being there for me all the way through the bargaining process and right to the final sale and inspection. I went into Calgary Hyundai used sales to purchase a car, after my old one had died. Immediately, I was greeted by Fuji with friendly service. My family and I visited Calgary Hyundai to view a Dodge Caravan (used) that we had seen advertised on Kijiji. Bill was quick to help us look at the van we were interested in. When this van went down in price, I called Bill up, he confirmed it was still available, and he stayed past when he was supposed to go home in order to meet my husband to take another look at it. My husband purchased it that night. They did not push us into any kind of financing, there was no haggling. It was a very positive experience. We just brought our other vehicle in for some work, to Calgary Hyundai, even though there are mechanics we have used in the past closer to our home.
