I have tried several time to call and only 40% of the time got a call back, I wish they would of offer a better solution then "oh just wait I will show up in the mail". I got a phone call from Shama introducing herself and letting me know that she was my contact person here in Calgary with Hyundai now that I was currently living in Calgary and that if I had any questions or concerns to please contact her. As luck would have it i was thinking about upgrading into a newer Hyundai and was interested in the Hyundai Tuscon. Shama said she could help me no problem and made an appointment to see me in a few days. When I was greeted by Shama she was incredibly friendly and smiling always and very polite. I was impressed right away. As she showed me the 2014 Hyundai Tuscon and took me for my test drive her knowledge about the vehicle was more then impressive. She was able to answer every question that I had competently. I cant stress enough how wonderful experience I had with Shama. There was no pressure to buy at any point with her...I was impressed beyond words. Shama made my experience with buying my new Hyundai Tuscon GLS the best car experience I have ever had. When I went to pick up my new car Shama was just so pleasant and wonderful and went over all the features of my car again so I was comfortable leaving with it. She even programmed the radio stations for me and programmed my phone into the hands free bluetooth. I was once again completely impressed with her attention to every detail and her genuine desire to make me happy.
