Outside of the sales portion there were a couple hiccups with what was needed that wasn't informed to me until late that night but they were minor and the finance guy BK was great helping me through them. Overall in the end I would go back, and recommend to someone else as well. Have not dealt with service yet so that's not factored in. More

I was emailing him back and forth for a while before I visited the dealership and then I set up a time to come i I had a great experience with Lonnie. I was emailing him back and forth for a while before I visited the dealership and then I set up a time to come in. My first attempt at going there did not turn out so good as I had some trouble with communication with the front desk, and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes with my children, before leaving without talking to anyone. Lonnie e-mailed me back that day apologizing profusely for what had happened and we made an appointment to come in without my children. The service the second time around was flawless; Lonnie helped me decide between and new or used vehicle and worked with my budget to get me the best deal possible. The company has been very good about following up with me, almost once a month since I got my car, to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I had my service dates scheduled. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I defiantly would recommend them to friends and family. More

He was genuine and credible, and I appreciated the way he took time to investigate when he didn’t have immediate answers for me – so I knew I was getting honest responses. He did a great job talking about and showing us the vehicles that my wife was interested in. Once the test drives were done and my wife's choice made, we got the paper work done and purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Accent GLS sedan. Heath Kenyon, Shama Johnson, Eddie Ng and Tim Latreille made this whole process a very pleasant and positive experience. So happy, in fact, that when I found a pre-owned 2011 with Cabernet exterior and cashmere interior at Calgary Hyundai, I had to have it. The asking price was amazing and the mileage only 26,000 kms. I couldn't believe my good fortune. Calgary Hyundai wasn't hard to find (using the Genesis navigation system), but it looked small and unimpressive, and I wasn't expecting a good experience. I couldn't have been more wrong! Lonnie Edison greeted us warmly and, every step of the way, his courteous and professional assistance made sure that our purchasing experience was exceptional. That was three months ago. Lonnie has kept in touch with us ever since to answer all our questions about the vehicle and help in any way he can.
