He made sure that I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. Kim was extremely professional when it came to going through the financing option. There was very little pressure from either of them and they didn't make the experience feel salesey. It was a fun experience and the little details were given a lot of attention which is important because one should never leave with a new car and buyers remorse. I would strongly recommend Fuji and and Kim to any of my friends who might be in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Horrible experience I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson 1.6L turbo premium last Wednesday, and it has been in their shop since Thursday due to the media I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson 1.6L turbo premium last Wednesday, and it has been in their shop since Thursday due to the media screen/back up camera not working. They have already tried to give it back to me once telling me there is no problem. The next time I started the vehicle the problem was present. I have been told that Scott Miranda, their "Dealer Principal" and the regional Hyundai rep have been informed and would contact me, which was several days ago with no word from either. I have been told they ordered a new part, but can't guarantee it will fix the issue. All I want is what I paid for. A brand new fully functioning vehicle. What I got was a damaged product that has been in the shop for 6 of the 7 days I have owned it, and they want to tear it apart, blindly plug new parts into it and give it back to me. More

I took it to my normal dealer and they told me nothing was wrong with my santafe.. so I brought it into calgary hyundai where Jackie was my service advisor. She kept me in the know the whole time they had the car. They even found an issue with the car that I was unable aware of !!! How great is that !!! The past few times Joey ha I have been going to this dealership for regular maintenance for the past 3 years and I have always received good service. The past few times Joey has been my service advisor and so far he has been the best advisor from Calgary Hyundai. He is professional and friendly every time and goes out of his way to help you. I never feel that he is pushing the dealer recommended service on me and he always clearly explains maintenance and repairs when necessary. In all honesty I may not have continued to go to this dealership had it not been for Joey's excellent customer service. Thanks Joey! More
