Forgotten Once we Drove Away Purchased a new 2016 Santa Fe 2.0T Limited with the Adventure Package and Dan was great to negotiate with to get the deal we wanted for the price we c Purchased a new 2016 Santa Fe 2.0T Limited with the Adventure Package and Dan was great to negotiate with to get the deal we wanted for the price we could afford. When we picked up the vehicle on Friday Aug 12, there were a number of scratches on the hood from the 3M Paint Protection application. Dan said "No problem!" and told us he would call on Monday to make an appointment to get it fixed. Needless to say, my wife and I left satisfied with Calgary Hyundai. However, after two weeks of no action on the matter, I got a call from Dan asking how everything was, seeming that he forgot about the issue with the vehicle. I called the service desk to make an appointment and gave details of the reason for the visit. When I arrived at the dealership this morning at 8:00am, I was told that Dan should have called me (again!) to inform me the technician in the shop would not be available until Thursday. Needless to say frustrated that this took an hour and a half of my time and over a 1/4 tank of gas to go to and from the dealership in Monday morning traffic. I called the sales manager to complain at 8:30 this morning and have not yet received a call back (it is 2:30pm). I am currently not recommending the dealership, as there are other Hyundai's in the city that we did not visit and could be worth a visit when buying a vehicle. More

He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and my moms too as she purchased the same 2016 Tucson AWD a week before. He was very patient and friendly as well as thorough in going through the vehicle with me! I'm very impressed that he went above and beyond and set up my first oil change appt. I also appreciated that he explained the roadside assistance package that is included with the purchase of my vehicle! My mom was with me through the whole experience and was so impressed with Fuji she plans to see him within a year to upgrade her Tucson. Overall I am a very happy customer and give him a 10/10 rating!! :D More

I was paired up with Dan, who did a great job of showing me the updated features in the 2017 model, and helped me to decide if a newer option was a good choice for me. Without putting any pressure on me, Dan was able to help me make a decision, and work with me on finding a monthly price that could fit in my budget. He was very personable, and was able to answer any questions I had, or was honest about not knowing, and was able to find the answer quickly. He made what could be a very confusing and stressful situation, pretty simple. Rena in finances was also fantastic. Super friendly and able to help me sort out the numbers in my head. I've always been happy with Calgary Hyundai, and will continue to bring my new vehicle there for maintenance. Thank guys for a great experience! More

Dan changed my opinion with his straight to the point honest approach, I got a good deal and didn't feel I'd been racked over the coals to get it. He even threw in a few extras without me having to ask. Would recommend this guy to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Kim power was very friendly and helpful when it came to the finance part, everything was explained and easy to understand, she even drove to the albertan registry to get my license plate. Top customer service! More
