A Brand New Car from the Show Room Floor....OUTSTANDING! As soon as I went into the showcase, I was greeted in a friendly and please way by Madison Brown, Sales Rep. He was always there to help us and guide us to the car we ended up purchasing. We were not too sure what we wanted at first but when we saw the gleaming White 2017 Elantra Sport on the showroom floor with all the extra's added to it, we knew we wanted it and the team at Calgary Hyundai made it happen very easily. We ended chatting with Dan Fletcher, the Sales Manager and they offered a trade of my 2017 Dodge Dually 4x4 truck that we won in a raffle and topped us up with cash through their finance department where Nikky Haert, Finance Manager, helped us in this area. By the end of my experience, we felt like family.....it was an experience that we will never forget.....thanks Calgary Hyundai and team!!! More

My experience was excellent. Madison Brown was my salesman and he was excellent. During the test drive he explained the vehicle's features and benefits. He was the perfect balance of knowledge and service. I would say the only bad thing about Madison is that he is a Miami Dolphins fan. (JK). We had a good talk about where he was from and why he was there. He made me feel at ease while making sure i knew what i needed to know about the vehicle. After dealing with Madison i got the chance to interact with Dan Fletcher the Sales Manager and again very professional to deal with. Made me feel at home. all in all a fantastic experience at Calgary Hyundai. And i can't forget Rena.....she was great. Very personable and made sure i had everything i needed so there was a smooth transition while picking up my new car. Thanks Calgary Hyundai. More
Not too bad Staff was friendly, however, the final vehicle pick up was a major let down. We initially went into the dealership and discussed pricing with the sale Staff was friendly, however, the final vehicle pick up was a major let down. We initially went into the dealership and discussed pricing with the salesman and he said to go out for lunch and he will "sharpen his pencil". We came back expecting to see a price decrease but nothing was changed. He wanted to give us add-ons instead even thought we just wanted a price decrease. We agreed upon a hitch, bike rack and trunk mat. We could not take the SUV home that day because the install couldn't be completed until the following week. We went in the following week to find out all of our add-ons were on back order so we didn't have anything installed. No courtesy call was given on any days leading up to the vehicle pick up date, they told us when we arrived to pick it up last minute. Brutal. Also, beware of the hidden fees, ask for the final price and not just the price they give you plus "taxes and fees". They should be more transparent with their fees rather then tell you on the last day, $998 southern package (block heater, locking nuts and some mats) that we first heard about on pick up day. More
