Energy changed once they got ur signature and finances approved ,so many issues with the SUV,calling,msg no one replies in a prompt manner even if ur stuck and looking cked out if ur own car,towing gives approved ,so many issues with the SUV,calling,msg no one replies in a prompt manner even if ur stuck and looking cked out if ur own car,towing gives u a 5 hour wait period,all this over not wanting to replace the fob with a new one ,run around and excuses is insane,country hills was bad but Barlow is equal ,cus customer service isn't what it should be ,never a loaner only shuttle but cannot do time frames for u to go to work only wen it's available,funny how they had all the time ,concerns and willingness while trying to sell u a car ,customer since 2015,always an issue with something and never fully gets fixed ,service reprogramming the fob but yet the papers show they checked my tires and wheels !!!! It's the fob nothing else ,it won't unlock the car not start it ,it's now snowing and still can't rely on getting into my car ,the $$$ I pay for this is insane for the service and reliability I should be getting ,many things where not inspected before resale and I got stuck with those issues or overlook problems ,I don't ever will recommend nor deal with Hyundai again I'm done ,not worth my physical and mental health ,nothing like being stuck outside cus the fob won't work ,with a young child in Tow and out of town business what is this a new kind of customer service?? Worst experience and lessons,don't just take the sweet candy they offer cus after u eat it it's becomes bitter and salty to the mouth and throat,hard pill to swallow paying close to 1000 per month for an SUV that won't open wen u need to used it ,thanks for the not so good customer service ,pls do not deal with Hyundai country hills or Barlow worst service ever running around and excuses after excuses More
ABSOLUTELY NO sales people at the office! !! seems they hide from the customers and management is approving it! THREE times went to them in order to get a new palisade, NO PEOPLE!!! The owner prefers to pay salary lazy personal, pay for few cars seating in stock, no interested in sales...no money to make! HOWS good! Go somewhere else then. More

This is the best service department I have dealt with in all my years of owing a car. I know upfront what it is going to cost. They gave me faulty vehicle and when I ask to refund my deposit money they force me to accept less amount. I paid 20,000 and they returned only 12,900. The new car was Kona 2024 preferred model and it was deposit money they force me to accept less amount. I paid 20,000 and they returned only 12,900. But as they took more than 3 and half month and due to frustration I accept their offer to avoid more mental pressure. More

What a joke this dealership. We had an appt to go and view a used vehicle today. I got texts right up until we were on route 30 mins from our home telling me how much they were l We had an appt to go and view a used vehicle today. I got texts right up until we were on route 30 mins from our home telling me how much they were looking forward to meeting with us. Then once on route we get told the vehicle we're interested in is not available to view as it is in their repair shop getting a new engine. In fact it won't be available for around 4 mths. We arrive at this location and the guy we have the appt with is busy with another customer.... we are told to meet with a senior guy who has 25 years experience. He tells us the vehicle we were interested in is not available and actually when it is available it will be for a price several thousand more than currently listed due to the work. 'OK, so why did you waste our time by listing an unavailable vehicle?'.. This salesman then gets very arrogant and says 'you don't know how this works....'... OMG never in a million years would anyone expect to receive such bad customer service. AVOID!!!! Salesmen are arrogant and the set up is so unprofessional. 0 stars is what I would like to give. More

Service department is horrible. Have had Santa Fe in 3x for same issue and they can't find the problem. Car won't start or runs poor when cold yet doesn't throw any codes. Apparently they can't diagnose a problem without a computer telling them what it is even when car is in their lot and they can't start it. Their only solution is to throw a new part at whatever code shows up = no code means no problem even if car won't run. Don't take your car here unless it's to get the oil changed and I wouldn't even trust them to do that. More
