My car was taken in on time (actually a few minutes early), and was finished when promised. In addition to the planned work, my transmission fluid was dirty so I ooted to have it changed. The Advisor was able to tell me the date and mileage when it was last changed so this was a reasonable item. More

Overall - Very Good - But My overall experience was very positive, however, I did have one issue with the business managers Chris Lichach and Ed Szela. When I called to have m My overall experience was very positive, however, I did have one issue with the business managers Chris Lichach and Ed Szela. When I called to have my deposit refunded on my originally planned purchase, I was told to call back the next day by Chris. When I inquired as to why I would have to call back the next day and she could not assist me right now, I was told that she had three people waiting to speak with her, essentially that she was too busy to help me. When the other manager, ED came on the line after I requested to speak with her supervisor, he listened to what I had to say and took care of my request, however, there was no apology for the poor way in which I was treated. I have been in customer facing roles within my own career for 20 years. I have NEVER told a client that I was TOO BUSY to help them. Overall, this dealership has treated me very well and I will continue to do business with them and refer people to them, however, if they are "too busy" to take care of their customers, you can bet that another Toyota Dealership, or worse, another automobile manufacturers dealership, will make the time. The sales person, Hamed Topalovic that I worked with was fantastic. Also, the sales manager that I have worked with for my original vehicle purchase, Sion Lewis, has always been a fantastic person to work with!! No one hustles in that dealership more than he does (I have personally witnessed him literally running to get things done quickly for his customers!!). More
