I wandered into the showroom to kill 10 minutes and Salny Ehman struck up a conversation with me. When I told her my reason for being there she invited me to sit in the 2018 RAV 4. I was really impressed by the look and feel of it as well as some of the pricing she presented me with. I came back with my wife and this time met with Moe Toossi and talked more in depth about pricing. He invited us to come back for the VIP event where we took a test drive. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and we returned to the dealership where we worked out a 4 year lease. Everyone at Burlington Toyota made us feel important and the experience was 5 star all around. Thanks to Salny for getting the ball rolling, thanks to Moe for negotiating the deal I was happy with, and to Dan McPherson for going the extra mile. More

The guys in the service dept were so nice. Friendly service I came in for an e test. I got my phone paired to my car..which I was afraid to tackle. Then I got a free car wash, and coffee.
