Attempted to have my carpeting kit installed at 2 other Toyota dealerships that I won’t mention. Burlington Toyota was the only dealership that stated they performed carpet installation previously, they ar Toyota dealerships that I won’t mention. Burlington Toyota was the only dealership that stated they performed carpet installation previously, they arranged a quick installation appointment and completed the job the very next day. My previous service dealership needed to see my vehicle first why I don’t know then stated it would be 2 to 3 days labour. Burlington Toyota also had a part for my daughter’s car which we found by calling numerous dealerships. Burlington Service department placed the part in an employees desk to ensure we would get it. Again our previous dealership would not even assist in contacting other dealers they only told us the parts supply is strained and that part was not available anywhere. We’re a (5) Toyota car family, Burlington Toyota is now our 5⭐️ go to dealership. Thank you for the incredible service, friendly and helpful staff. More
