Rare Honesty and professionalism found! My son lives away from home and drives an 09 Altima Hybrid. Long story but it wouldn't start and was parked in an underground lot. I spoke at length on the phone with Bill and he tried to troubleshoot possible causes with me to try and remedy the situation. Unfortunately we were not able to get it started and I had it towed to Burlington Nissan. Dean was great to deal with and I felt comfortable leaving the car in his hands (knowing full well that I was in a bad situation having had the car towed there). The car was repaired and ready the next day and I was called by Bill who advised me that the issue was resolved and there was an outstanding recall on the repair. $0 charge! Unbelievable. Awesome experience and a trustworthy dealership. Hard to find these days. Thank you guys and gals. More
