The service was efficient and friendly! I arrived at my appointment on time and was out in the predicted amount of time as well. First thing Monday morning, I brought my vehicle in and without an appointment they took me in and had my vehicle assessed and fixed and had me on my way mid afternoon. Although i had prearranged transportation, their courtesy shuttle was ready and willing to provide me with transportation if required! Upon return mid-afternoon, another service adviser that i worked with in the past for maintenance/service that wasn't looking after me that day, saw me in the waiting area and engaged me with conversation. Its those personal touches that go a long way in the mind of the customer and make you feel welcomed and appreciated! Outside of their excellent sales staff, one of the main reasons I returned to purchase another vehicle at Burlington Nissan is because of their equally excellent service staff/department! More
