It creates trust. I like that they have the whole check-in /check-out process well organized - it took very little time away from my regular day. I liked that package that we get afterwards for the service done -- informative and great for my records as a reminder of what we spoke about last time. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was that I was offered a " free car wash " -- there were muddy water spots all over my roof afterwards - not sure if it didn't get washed at all maybe? It wasn't worth me going back in to ask as it's not a big deal, but it is the difference between good and excellent in my mind. More
