I've dealt with this dealer since when they were Kerr and things have not improved at all. There service staff are incompetent, turn around time ridiculous and overall poor. They even broke the pipe coming out of a water pump and then refused to take any responsibility when the vehicle broke down in Peterborough. They couldn't even get he wipers right on the car.
