Engine Light on..panic time I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in under urgent service as my engine light came on and my car was pulsating back and forth. I called Budds and Juan answere I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in under urgent service as my engine light came on and my car was pulsating back and forth. I called Budds and Juan answered the phone and told me they were open until 5 30 so I had an hour before they close to look into the problem. I was assured it didn't matter about the time they would make sure to take care of me. They hooked up diagnostic right away..addressed the problem and we're prepared to fix the issue. As a bonus it was covered under power train warranty. The part I needed was in stock and a service rep was on hand to repair. Reliability, preparedness convenience and professionalism is what this dealership demonstrates. I will never take my car anywhere. Also Jaun's manager was overseeing everything and even took the time to explain what work was needed and why. Surprised even at the end that they had run my car through the car wash. Can't say enough about my experience. Thanks again BUDDY Chevrolet!!! More

I was welcomed at my vehicle door by Sean Dick with a smile, "welcome to Budd's and how can I help you". Sean made me feel welcomed and gave me a tour of Budd's. He introduced me to people and everyone had smiles on their faces and welcomed me as well. Its almost like I was a star or have been coming here forever. I was also introduced to Shane Maginnis who was the service manager. Shane was very helpful and was happy I choose Budd's and wanted to retain me as a customer. I can't say enough positive things about my visit and will be happy to return to Budd's again. More

Throughout the entire forty five minute process the Budds' service representative stayed in the car with my mother to ensure a successful outcome. Senior citizens are sometimes taken advantage of when choosing packages of services. The Budd's service representative ensured that the new contract with OnStar contained nothing more than what was needed. This and other experiences with Budds give both my mother and I confidence that she will not be taken advantage of when she takes her car there on her own for service. More

Then worked with several Dodge dealerships/service to find backed up recall part. Juan personally took my car to be serviced near his home, having a friend drive him back to work.
