I was very impressed with him and his professionalism. The jobs done to my Saab completely fixed the problems (1. The PCV replacement to fix the smell of oil when the blower was turned on. 2. The Direct Ignition Cassette replacement to fix the engine misfire, etc.). And, the price was fair. Previously I was going to another Saab specialist but now I will be coming to your location because I feel your staff can take good care of my Saab and take time to explain and suggest different options. The waiting area was clean with plenty coffee provided and I noticed I was able to work from there with the free wifi. Lastly, I appreciated the complimentary car, too! Thank you! Great proactive service! This is one of many positive experiences I have had dealing with the service department at Budd's and in particular the service advisor Juan Orozco. I This is one of many positive experiences I have had dealing with the service department at Budd's and in particular the service advisor Juan Orozco. In this case I had a 'low tire pressure' message and took the vehicle into Budd's for service. The tire had a nail puncture and ultimately had to be replaced. I had forgotten that I had purchased warranty coverage for the tires but Juan, on his own initiative, remebered this and confirmed that I had replacement coverage! This was great news and without Juan's help I wouldn't have been able to take advantage of it. More

I told Jim I was about to go on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was ok. Jim made sure that everything was checked out by the technician. There were a couple of problems that he explained thoroughly and provided the options. There were a couple of price options on the parts. He gave me practical advice based on the age of the mini van and his knowledge of the quality of the parts. More
