We came into the dealership to purchase a Cadillac XT5, unfortunately the unit we were interested in had been sold. Dilan saved the day by showing us another XT5 that I believe had just come in off lease. unfortunately the unit we were interested in had been sold. After taking the vehicle for a test drive we left to discuss this alternate unit. Returning the following day to make the purchase. What impressed us most, there was no pressure to make the sale then and there, not from Dilan or his sales manager. The experience was one that gave us confidence in the dealership and its staff.
