As I entered I ran into Basil who with his captivating personality put me in a receptive mood. I explained my position - he showed me an executive driven used car that fit the bill but the colour was white not red (he was unaware of the significace of the colour). His obvious knowledge of what he was selling, his no high pressure attitude and his ability to recognize what I was looking for sold me on trying to go with Buick. I left as I ran out of time. The next morning Basil called to advise a 2013 Verano just came in and RED!!! My wife and I went down to see what if anything we could do. Again Basil's captivating salesmanship left my wife in a very receptive frame of mind. The freindly manner with which he presented the car and all its features left us with the desire to make the purchase. We left to evaluate our finacial position then returned to make the puchace for our 62nd wedding anniversery Our only hope is this lovely looking and riding beautiful car will result in the same excellent quality and reliabilty our Toyota Camry with 310000 kl on it gave us - we were reluctant to change but you can thank Basil as a great salesman for the sale. I'm a very cautious person and do not take big purchases lightly. This was my first car purchase and not a Chevy...they had a great used V6 Mustang with all the trimmings. I work in Toronto and did not have the time/patience to drive out to Oakville to update paperwork etc. First, Farid did a great job getting answers to many, many questions that I had and ensuring all the details of the price I wanted were clear and made sense to me. He helped me stay within my budget and add a lot of extras on top! I wanted the car on a Friday and the customer shuttle was not available, so Farid picked me up on his way into work! A++ for helping me get the car I wanted, when I wanted it! Second, Rob was very fast at responding to my questions and working with me and the insurance company to get all the information he needed for the finance part. We worked through email most of the time and I was very impressed with the response time and knowing that things are moving forward. He let me know exactly what I needed to do and the paperwork I needed to provide to him etc. Again I was very comfortable. I feel very safe that I have a 3 year warranty on my used car that fell within my budget. Even Kathryn was available on the website chat when I had a quick question about something and stopped in to say Hi the day I came to the dealership. The day I picked up my car everyone was smiling and saying congrats. It was fairly well detailed (just a bit of dirt inside) but they made up for it by ensuring my tires were well inflated, oil change, cleaned the rims, washed the car etc. so people were asking me if my 2008 Mustang was brand new! I also have a lot of coupons for future services I will be bringing back to Budds! They definitelty ensure the ongoing loyalty of customers. More

I needed a car very fast and I gave Farid a realy tight deadline and he made it, even few hours before. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I purchase my vehicle and left the parking lot, the customer service I had rece GMC was fantastic. For being a first time car buyer, they had alot of time to explain ever single detail about the car to me and made sure that I was getting the perfect car for what I needed. Like I said before from the moment I entered the building I was greeted with a smile and not pushed into purchasing the car. Ernest was fantastic in letting me get a feel for the car and also before purchasing let me drive around the area to try other cars without any hesitation. I was so happy with the service I received and with the car that I went back to purchase it 2 hours later. Ernest knew that I needed the car asap and made that happen, as I had looked at it on Monday and picked it up today(Wednesday). The paperwork was all prepared at the time of purchase and I even received flowers which are beautiful! Overall, although not knowing much different, I feel like any customer would have been completely satisfied with the service that I had received over these last past couple days!!
