I have purchased a few SUV's from Ernest and would highly recommend him to friends and family. I bought my last car from Budd's so, when I had my accident and that car was written off, the first place I went was over to Budd's. I had two models in mind before I left a Sonic or a Cruze. Henry was there to help me giving sound advice, real numbers I could work with and best of all he went out of his way to obtain the colour I prefered ( which for me was major brownie points!! ) He didn't turn me away when I let him know I still had to pay off the wreck and was waiting on insurance. He treated me fairly, honestly and gave as many perks as he could squeeze out. I would for sure recommend Henry's services to anyone I know who is thinking about getting a car!!! More

I've dealt with this dealer since when they were Kerr and things have not improved at all. There service staff are incompetent, turn around time ridiculous and overall poor. They even broke the pipe coming out of a water pump and then refused to take any responsibility when the vehicle broke down in Peterborough. They couldn't even get he wipers right on the car. Terrible dealer. Wish GM would revoke there dealership. They are an embarrassment to the brand. More
