Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Staff of this dealership are co-operative and highly professional. Basil from sales dept met and exceeded my expectations. He explained to me various options and was kind enough to reply to my inquiries professional. Basil from sales dept met and exceeded my expectations. He explained to me various options and was kind enough to reply to my inquiries during and after working hours by responding to all my messages. I had a concern about the car size if it fits my garage and he was kind enough to come to my house with the new car to insure that my concern is resolved although it was a heavy rain night. For the last 12 year I was dealing with Budds' BMW and this experience with Basil and Bounsay made me love dealing with Budds' Cadillac. Bounsay was kind enough to spend the time explaining the benefits of buying various packages which I did and now I enjoy driving the car with piece of mind.
