I had a noon appointment for a simple tire change. I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. At 4 pm after waiting for 4 hours, my vehicle was returned with a broken off automatic trans I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. I was looking for the best trade offer for my Ram 1500 Classic and went to several locations that were always low balling me and not being flexible. The same can’t be said at Budd’s Chev! Also, Bounsay Osylaphet (financial manager) was very professional and explained all the options for the vehicle and was not pushing me to get any warranties or add ons.
