We have had good experience with the service department . they are even open on Saturdays got to love that. Finally exceptional service worthy of an A+ review ! We have owned two Elantra's since 2010 and although the service was adequate there always seemed to be a feeling that they were looking for ways to up We have owned two Elantra's since 2010 and although the service was adequate there always seemed to be a feeling that they were looking for ways to up sell something else. On several occasions my concerns about legitimate issues were dismissed with comments such as "they are all like that" or "that's the way it is". Just took the 2013 Elantra for the 30000 service and the experience was awesome starting with George and ending with Greg. An ongoing issue was once again discussed but this time it was totally resolved to our complete satisfaction with no arguing or foot dragging. Kudos to them for trying to turn the page and make improvements. Remember that bad history cannot be erased and all you can do is create a new and better history. Hopefully the sales experience will also improve as we are in agreement with previous posts about hidden and undisclosed fees and some not so professional tactics to make a sale. Turn that around and it will be a winning combination. More

My sales person at the time was Rob B. he took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me as I questioned everything. He went through the vehicle and the paperwork explaining every detail. I have just traded that car in and upgraded to a new vehicle. My sales person this time was Tim. He was great. Showed me several vehicles and explained all the features in great detail and answered my hundreds of questions. Rob handled the financing and was great was again taking the time to answer my questions and being very patient and understanding. I will definitely return to Summit Hyundai for my next vehicle. I always bring my car to Summit for service. I have had no issues with service dept. They have always been quick and efficient and have taken the time to explain everything that was done. If they needed to do anything extra they always called first. I have had nothing but great experiences with Summit and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks!!! More

George argued with me about something HE knew nothing about...I was made fun of when I went in on Friday Dec.18/15 and I was so angry I left. Pathetic service. If it were't such a long drive to Port Hawkesbury, I would continue to get my service done there!!! ^ More

After 8 days finally go to pick up the car only to find out I was lied to had they had not lived up to the agreement.
