I purchased a brand new RAV4 from Brimell Toyota, the salesman (Rakxxxx) provided me with false information about the trim's features. Do not purchase a car from here. I purchased a 2023 rav4 and it stopped in the middle of the highway and would not start. We went to the dealership and they did not take it seriously I purchased a 2023 rav4 and it stopped in the middle of the highway and would not start. We went to the dealership and they did not take it seriously as a safety issue. We spoke with Ivan Djordjevic, who lost his patience quickly. He condescendingly told us that “you look surprised that the car broke after the first month. It can happen but what do you want from me. It’s not a safety concern because you were in traffic”. He spoke rudely and mocked us for believing that they would help us rectify the issue. He only referred us to the right department after he saw how visibly upset we were. Brimell Toyota has zero concern for customer safety and goes against Toyota Canada’s mission of “helping move you and your loved ones safely”. It’s purely transactional. We have been a customer here for 25 years and come to service our 3 vehicles. We will never come back here for service for our or purchasing a vehicle. Our family and friends will also not be coming here anymore. Thank you Ivan for yelling at us and laughing at our safety concern. More

As to the detailing of the vehicle Ken has offered to correct the matter and provide a free detailing when I am able to arrange for the vehicle to come by.. Ken and I spoke at length in regards to the quality of the Toyota brand and service provided at the dealership. Being a proud owner of Lexus and Toyota for several years, I look forward to a quality, professional relationship, which I have came accustom to. Thank you Just purchased our pre-owned 2021 RAV 4 TRD PRO. Monica was our sales rep and she made the experience an excellent one. She is professional and courteous. The The delivery coordinator was also helpful. The disappointing part in our experience is the vehicle was not completely detailed and the car fluids were not properly topped up. Kids foot prints were left on the back of the front passenger seat. You would think after spending $50,000 some attention to the vehicles mechanical condition would have happened.by the maintenance staff. I can only expect that the minimum safety inspection was completed. In checking the on screen maintenance the tires are in need of a rotation immediately.. Very disappointing More
