Very bad service I bought Toyota RAV 4 2016 at Brimell Toyota. After 3 month squeezing sound started when I push the break. I brought my car 3 times to Toyota service I bought Toyota RAV 4 2016 at Brimell Toyota. After 3 month squeezing sound started when I push the break. I brought my car 3 times to Toyota service and they always promise me to fix it. I lost 3 days at work and I paid money as well. However, next day the sound was the same again. I asked to change my break pads because this noise came from them. They said that they can't change my pads , which cost $300 because my car is on the warranty. Because of non professional worker Rajen Dannie and his boss Ivan Myzzatti. I don't suggest people to use service at this dealership. I feel that they waiting until my warrantee will end. Please stay aware. More
Bad customer service and ripped off I took my car in for tire change. I was asked if I was waiting around for my car (I was), and was told that it would be 2 hours - fine they were busy I took my car in for tire change. Two hours rolled around and noone came to tell me my car was ready, two and half hours - still nothing, at the three hour mark I went back into their reception area to ask when my car was ready. I was told it was "just done" and they proceeded to issue me the invoice. I paid the bill and was directed to go collect my car keys - my car keys were not available and I had to wait another 20 minutes before the car was ready. To add insult they charged me for tire bags ($0.11 each + tax) and just put my tires back into the bags that I originally brought my tires in. If I wasn't so annoyed with them I would go back and demand my money back but I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. More

Bad Customer Service Never had such a bad experience. I took my car for a recall. Awful customer service. They worked on gear shaft of the car. The service advisor was rude in the first place that's I didn't go back to tell him. I left the place thinking that I will clean it myself.. I would never recommend this place for service to anyone. crooks I took my car there because I had an unintended acceleration which I had never heard about. This dealership removed my computer information and told me my after market breast cancer mat caused the problem. It did not. They took pictures of all my personal property in the car and even removed them from the back pocket of my seat. Toyota would not let them share with me my computer information. I have been told I must hire a lawyer and send a letter to get this information.big cover up by this dealership and Toyota. Odometer is deliberately set to fail after warranty also. Wonder how they will feel when charged criminally. My exboyfriend is a TV producer perhaps there is a good documentary here we will be working on it. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I paid a deposit of $1000 for a 2012 Yaris which needed a minor body work. The salesperson Mohammad Ahmed promised that the car will be ready in a week which was confirmed by the manager and the body shop. I get a call from the body shop personnel Hari Teymouri who confirmed the car was ready. Upon arrival the pain job wasn't done and the manager on duty Chris Draganidis said the sales person didn't write it clearly on the contract that it had to be done clearly and the body shop didn't read the notes properly and he wasn't able to confirm when the car will be ready. It took them two weeks to return the deposit and they lost the owner ship for the plate. Problem: 1) Product not delivered on time 2) Product was not in the condition as promised 3) Managers who don't know what is going on 4) Managers who don't have the authority to compensate customers for not delivering product on time 5) Team of clowns who lose ownership of plates 7) They will waste your time and hold on to deposits that should be returned when the customer decides they don't want the product due to the error on the dealership STAY AWAY. FIND ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. More
PAINT DEFECT "PAINT DEFECT IN BRAND NEW CAR" 2007 CAMRY was my 2nd car bought at this dealership, when I bought the car they had no white car and I had to wait cou "PAINT DEFECT IN BRAND NEW CAR" 2007 CAMRY was my 2nd car bought at this dealership, when I bought the car they had no white car and I had to wait couple of weeks to get one. In the first year I noticed corosion particles in the car and when I reported they buffed the car and said it was fine, this was happening every year since then. When I was to pick up my car after a minor collision from their collision centre, noticed colour variation and refused to pick up the car and informed the Insurance. They convinced me by buffing the car again, few months later I noticed same issue of colour variation and this time they finally revealed that there is no CLEAR coat applied to part of the car, and of course they pointed the finger at me. So I have to find where I park my car on a daily basis, Unionville Go Station or my markham residence should be polluted as claimed by Brimell Toyoto. MR Shah the client service rep is only worried of the full cost of repainting and don't take responsiblity. NEVER TO BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA AT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
