Wonderful customer service! :) Jan 9/18 was my first time attending Brimell Toyota for an oil change for my 2009 Corolla and it was a very friendly experience with Matthews John. On Jan 9/18 was my first time attending Brimell Toyota for an oil change for my 2009 Corolla and it was a very friendly experience with Matthews John. On Mar 5/18 I brought in my son's 2015 Corolla in for the first time for windshield weather strip repair and had a wonderful experience with Brittney Groome who was also very friendly and a knowledgeable young lady. On Mar 29/18 I brought in my son's 2015 Corolla for an oil change and, once again, I received excellent customer service from Brittney. I have also dealt with Vince and Mary on the phone and must say Brimell Toyota has friendly and helpful staff answering phones and booking appointments. So far my overall experience since January 2018 has been great! I will continue attending Brimell Toyota, as well as, advising friends to attend Brimell Toyota. More
Excellent service I was notified that it was time to have the next regular check up on my vehicle by email. I called my service agent Alice and she promptly set up an I was notified that it was time to have the next regular check up on my vehicle by email. I called my service agent Alice and she promptly set up an appointment and I brought my car in within 48 hours of the time of my choosing. I drove into the garage, greeted warmly by the staff and Alice explained to me what they would check and the cost. She offered to get me a ride to wherever, I chose to stay and wait. She said it would take more than two hours to do the job. I took advantage of the complimentary computer and wifi and did some searching on the internet. watched news on TV. Alice came to the waiting room and told me the car was ready, it was about two hours! I paid and the amount was a bit less than Alice quoted to me in the beginning, and she said" bye and see you in 6 months". I walked up to my car and notice it was all washed, sparkly clean! What can I say, they exceeded my expectation, thank you guys. More
very bad quality work i came here to change my brakes-was told rotors also damaged and needed to be changed-within a week again squealing sound-took it back to them.was tol i came here to change my brakes-was told rotors also damaged and needed to be changed-within a week again squealing sound-took it back to them.was told as these are new brakes and new rotors it takes time to set-Noise kept on increasing.After 8 months took it to Don Valley north Toyota and was told brakes and rotors need to be changed-Argued with Donvalley north Toyota that it was just changed at Brimell- they asked me to take it up with Brimell again-Never going back again to Brimell Recently met another person who had a worse story than mine about Brimell- Stay away- More

Horrible Do not trust this dealership ! They fixed my car and less than in year it fell apart again while I was driving on the highway. (2011 bmw 535i). I call Do not trust this dealership ! I called them and they said they are no longer responsible because it's been several months! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Horrible horrible... stay far away!!! More
