Liar Liar Pants on Fire This is my closest dealership to the office and for 2 years I regularly struggled to get basic customer service. Always waiting. Always late. But the final kicker was when I brought my vehicle again in for warranty and maintenance service which required them to road test to diagnose. When I got the vehicle back, there was no mileage on the vehicle and they indicated no fault found. I asked if they had actually road tested, and the mechanic and service advisor both said "Yes". And based on my billings, I assume they also billed Toyota for the diagnostics! Well liars of Brimell...fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...NEVER! I do my maintenance at Scarborough Toyota now. They're miles ahead in expertise, trustworthiness and efficiency. I don't cringe when I go for service now! More
