I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and Niall even arranged for an Uber to pick me up to pick up my vehicle once the service was completed!!! A mixup of missing keys in the key box and not in an envelope as required caused the missed service appointment. Perhaps an automated text at the time of the missed appointment would have triggered me to call the dealership to say that the vehicle was in fact there rather than waiting until the next day. Niall’s professionalism to make it right was truly appreciated as I feel he went above and beyond what I expected! Kudos to Niall for doing great job! If he’s not a manager…he should be!
