I am a long time loyal customer having purchased numerous vehicles from them and have all service done by them. We have noticed the last 6 months a complete break down in their service. They don't pick up th vehicles from them and have all service done by them. We have noticed the last 6 months a complete break down in their service. They don't pick up the phone, they don't reply to messages left. Lord help you if you have a problem with the car you purchased form them. No call back. I suggest trying any other Honda dealership.
