Purchased a new 2026 Honda, not a year old and and the rubber seal around the rear window is cracking. Be careful as mine is not the only one and this is not covered by warranty. I've contacted Honda di rubber seal around the rear window is cracking. Be careful as mine is not the only one and this is not covered by warranty. I've contacted Honda directly and once again was told it's due to wear so it's not covered. They will fix it for approx 300 dollars, but there's a chance that the window could break and WOW, that won't be covered either. At the time my CRV hybrid had 15000 km. Now I know why when looking to purchase I noticed a lot of them for sale with low milage. More
Bought a new 2026 Honda, my third Honda. They forgot to give me my ownership and wanted me to drive 45 km back to get it. Better service would be to deliver or courier it. Staff are very friendly but extra detail to paper matters would be appreciated. It can be overwhelming buying a new car and details matter. I can't say enough about how nice everyone there is. More
