Hi Ke1vin, Thank you for the review of your last service experience at Bramgate Volkswagen. We truly value your feedback, and do not take matters like these lightly. In speaking with Andrew about your last visit, he mentioned that he offered to put your car up on our hoist to examine the oil pan cover and replace the missing bolts, but that you declined. Unfortunately without us seeing the oil pan cover, we're unable to assess how the bolts may have gone missing so that we can rectify the issue. It is not our policy to hand out complimentary parts without first inspecting the issue at hand... I apologize if this was not communicated to you properly by Andrew. If you have not yet resolved your issue, we'd like to invite you to bring your vehicle back to Bramgate Volkswagen where we will be happy to inspect your oil pan cover and replace the missing bolts, as we had originally offered. Hi Jeremy, Thanks for your reply. I think the I'm most upset with Andrew's attitude towards the matters. He was actually quite reluctant and said that this was impossible because the shop foreman had completed the job. Hardly explaining his manager's resolution he asked me to sign some papers like he was doing me a favour. In my mind there's really nothing to inspect, the tech forgot to put back the screws and I'm sure he does this all the time to save time for future oil changes and how would people know? They aren't allow in the garage. No one has even touch the car since I brought it to your dealership. Worse case scenario I could have lost my belly pan cover than I'd be spending $200 to buy it back. I really didn't have time on my short lunch to have him bring in my car to tell me 'ya they're missing'. If he would have politely told he couldn't give me my screws back I would have been fine and just bought them for less than $5 but now I know the quality of workmanship and your customer service (minus your efforts). If you check the cars that come in I'm sure you'll see a trend but hey Andrew thinks its better to save a few cents on screws than a few customers... I came to a VW service center because I wanted it done right as it is a new car but I will find another vw service center but I appreciate your reply nonetheless. ke1vin
