After losing a days pay. Just Came back from the dealership. Being quoted over the phone a different price, when I arrived the price was much higher. I spoke with the manager Just Came back from the dealership. Being quoted over the phone a different price, when I arrived the price was much higher. I spoke with the manager in the service department the best he can do is give me 15% off. Clearly they knew they were wrong. After losing a days pay. Left The dealership took it to another mechanic went over the tasks in the service they were providing and found out I only needed half of the tasks in the service and got charged for half the amount of the price originally what Volkswagen wanted to charged me with. So being a loyal customer for so many years with them I had enough of there shenanigans. I’d like to thank Volkswagen for opening my eyes. More
