Our experience with Chris right from the start was amazing. We explained that we were just starting out looking at different vehicles. We told him that we were thinking about the Tiguan. He was very patient with us and went over the different features of the Tiguan and different options of the vehicle. He than offered to take us for a test drive and from that drive we were very interested. He than went over the pricing with us and was very knowledgeable. The most important thing is he did not pressure us at all as he knew we were just starting to look. He than offered to show us a a Tiguan that your dealership has just received. It was still wrapped for protection, we fell in love with the colour and the interior. We than met your sales manager who was very nice and welcoming. We thanked both of them for their time, and said we needed to think about it and we wanted to look at a Jeep Cherokee. We went to the Jeep dealership and it there was just no comparison with the service. We called Chris the next day set up an appointment and the rest is history. Chris, Joanne and Hugh were all amazing. You have a great team and we recommend them very highly! More

Outstanding Service! Bramgate VW's car sales respresentative, Jiri, was honest, caring and efficient. The deal breaker for us was when we were at Subuari trying to decide Bramgate VW's car sales respresentative, Jiri, was honest, caring and efficient. The deal breaker for us was when we were at Subuari trying to decide whether to purchase a Subaru or VW. Jiri's level of costumer service far surpassed the low level of service we recieved at Subaru. Jiri found us the BEST possible trade in price on our Mini. What we were most impressed by was Jiri's ability to listen to us, make us laugh and help us find exactly what we wanted. We asked for a VW Sport Wagen with nothing fancy added and he didn't try to upsale us. The only thing he really thought was important was an electronic upgrade to the basic Sports Wagen, which was an additional $500 that we were'nt hoping to spend. However, in the end, we walked away feeling really great about our purchase. After returning home to downtown Toronto, we realized that we left our garage opener in our trade in car in Bramgate...Yikes! I felt stressed about the situation until Jiri made a joke over the phone and immediately sent our garage door opener through the mail at no cost. Jiri- We love our Sport Wagen - thank you for making our experience outstanding! More
