Worse Experience Ever: Went for oil change I went for an oil change which cost me around $60, After I got home and checked dip-stick the oil was same color as when I brought the car to them wit I went for an oil change which cost me around $60, After I got home and checked dip-stick the oil was same color as when I brought the car to them with 15% oil life. Oil life light wasn't reset also. The dealer claim the oil was changed and is unwilling to redo oil change or explain why new oil and old oil color can have same dark appearance. Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. More

After horrible experiences at Orillia Volkswagen over the past 4 years, we came in expecting to be ripped off. Instead, two cars purchases were fairly negotiated with no hidden costs or backdoor charges. There were a few things that needed to be done with the truck before pickup, and Timmy (our salesman) personally took care of everything. He drove the truck to Brampton himself for the minor repairs, and stayed late so he could personally hand us the keys when we picked up the 2nd vehicle. It is rare nowadays when people simply do their job - much less do it well. Which is what made the experience that much better. In the end, Timmy, Lucca and Santena made the hour drive to Bolton from Barrie worthwhile. extra note: Ridgeline had slight alignment issue that i didnt notice during the test drive. A week after purchase, Bolton Honda had the truck in and fixed it with no cost, no questions...and washed the truck too! :) These guys should run a clinic for other dealerships on customer service. I hope VW is listening....but i doubt it. More

service department Brought van in for service. Was called to say it was done and not five minutes off the lot and it had the same problem when I brought it in. Then, whe Brought van in for service. Then, when came to pick it up after it being 'fixed' the second time I had to pay again and to top it off when I asked why the DRL light was still on I was told that it was on when I brought it in...isn't that why I brought it in, to fix everything that needed to be done?? I will never take my vehicle there for service again. More

After vising several dealerships, he was disappointed that all of them refused to get him a manual shift car to test drive. They expected him to purchase a car without test driving it first. A friend recommended contacting Chris at Bolton Honda. Although this dealership was a 40 minute drive, Chris went above and beyond to get a car for my husband to drive which is what he ended up purchasing. All in all, the customer service was excellent and after having the car for a few months, my husband is very happy with the experience and purchase. More

I have been buying honda"s for the past 20 years. So the fact of the matter, my little sister purchased a 2015 crv last year. My brother and I purchased each a hrv from chris, so did my little sister. that tells you we were dealing once with a true professional chris holmes. Now our family of dodge products , switched over to honda . Thanks chris our buying experience was perfect 10 out 10. thanks to a true a friend. Thank you for everything. Local retail purchase not always possible.. Initial contact and communications seemed good. As a professional business woman who just sold her car, I was ready to make a purchase walking in. However, I felt my specific requests for price options were not heard or followed and had to repeat my requests a few times. I felt annoyance from rep when questioning specific costs and higher prices and was told " it's likely better for you to go back to where You were provided a lower cost and purchase from that dealer". No price sheets were provided to me and I had to create my own notes and list the costs and finance terms, etc. to figure out what was being offered. I would prefer to purchase in my community, but why should I pay extra to do this? I am sure there are other sales experts at this dealership who are able to provide friendly service to professional business women who have taken the time to research purchasing specific vehicles. This was not my experience. I still love the Honda car model I have selected and will purchase it elsewhere where hopefully they will appreciate a new business. More
