Hostile and unwelcoming service We had rolled in to get an oil change on our car, never been here before so we were unfamiliar with the process. We exited the car and were ignored by all three service agents in the garage. We stood by our, clearly looking confused as we waited to be greeted and asked about what we needed. One woman stood at her podium just glaring, until we asked her "do we stay here by our car"? Still glaring she just replied "no". Confused and nervous, we both then asked " oh, should we come to you, or?" Then she replied "yes". When telling her about the oil change, it turns out we were at the wrong place. We had booked an appointment with Birchwood Kia across the street, but this woman continuously made us feel stupid throughout the conversation, and made the entire process more complicated than it needed to be. When we asked her where Birchwood Kia was (to see if we could just scoot over there and make it in time), she failed to mention it was right across the street and had to look up the address. She spoke down to us as though we were children, and just made the entire experience unpleasant. Good thing we had a coupon and didn't have to pay. More
