I've purchased two vehicles from this dealer.. The first was a used Pontiac Sunfire, and the second was a new Pontiac G3 Wave (2009).. I knew what I wanted, and I didn't care for being pushed into anything I didn't want, but you get that anywhere for the most part. When I went to sign the papers (and I admit, shame on me for not reading fully) they added extended warranty coverage to what I wanted - I had originally said I didn't want it. I admit, my fault for not reading. But why add it when I told them - twice - I don't want it. I also got the Accident/Injury Insurance for it (for almost 3000$ extra - I find out now that I paid almost twice what it is worth). The car ran fine, and the service staff is amazing. Not a fan of the sales staff. I did have one issue with service - I had just hit 60,000 km and I was having issues and wanted to take it in. I had the extended warranty to 100,000 / 5 years bumper to bumper.. I was told that it's not bumper to bumper but a 'comprehensive' warranty that only covers some things. I purchased extended warranty and they weren't prepared to honor it. I have since upgraded to a new car and bought it elsewhere. I no longer recommend this dealer to any of my friends or family. More
