I am always treated with kindness and with a sense of urgency. Raul is extremely responsive with my texts and is great at breaking down service costs and getting me back in my car as soon as possible. We have driven Land Rovers and Mercedes in the past... but because of the great service we have at BMW - we will always drive a BMW. It also helps that they are the sexiest car on the road! I More
