We were interested in a Jeep SRT and the sales persons approach (Ahmend Mansour) we absolutely fantastic. He listened to what we wanted, proceeded to show us a model vehicle and allowed us to test drive it on our won without his company. That alone sold me, and his dealing with is after, explaining how it works and what it would take to get us in one was very encouraging. We came back a week later and with his assistance and the dealership's wiliness to be flexible sold us on doing business with them. Ahmed is the real deal, and to me, he was the definition of great customer service and what can happen as a result.
